McCaw Reaches Futures Final
A second-place finish by senior Brian McCaw led the Muhlenberg men's wrestling team at the Mideast Futures Tournament.
McCaw won his first two bouts by major decision and pin before falling in the final to a Division II opponent from Millersville who was a West Virginia state runner-up. McCaw (pictured above) has placed in five tournaments this season and 17 in his career.
Of the eight Mules who competed in the tournament, five won at least one bout, including freshman 165-pounder Payce Lamb, who pinned an opponent from Marymount early in the second period for his first career win in a contested bout.
Freshman Max Rotter recorded a major decision at 133.
