Olivia Oberman ’24, a neuroscience major and business administration minor, was the student speaker at Muhlenberg’s 2024 Commencement.

On Sunday, May 19, 465 members of Muhlenberg’s Class of 2024, along with their families, their friends and Muhlenberg faculty and staff, gathered in Allentown’s PPL Center to celebrate the College’s 2024 Commencement.

Nulman, a finance and business administration double major, has found a sense of belonging at Muhlenberg by getting involved in several organizations related to his fields of study (including the Wall Street Club, the Investment Society and the Real Estate Club) as well as in the Jewish community on campus. He reflects on the multidimensional experience he's had both inside and outside the classroom at Muhlenberg: "I've been able to develop myself as a thinker, as a writer, as a communicator, and I think that's something that's just a valuable liberal arts education," he says. "You don't get that anywhere else."

"I love both aspects of the community. Whether it's being a student and it's my classmates or it's being an athlete and it's my teammates, I just feel at home," says Quaye, who is a finance and psychology double major, a student-athlete on the wrestling team and a member of the Black Students Association and the Men of Color Network. He reflects on the support Muhlenberg has offered and the sense of belonging he's found on campus as he's explored his passions.
