Two super sophomore scorers represented Muhlenberg on the All-Centennial Conference field hockey team.

Erin DiSandro was named to the first team, while Abba Diglio earned a spot on the second team.

It's the first time since 2014 that the Mules have placed two forwards on the All-CC squad, and DiSandro and Diglio are the first pair of Muhlenberg sophomores to earn All-CC recognition since 1998.

Through the CC playoffs, the two players ranked first and second in the CC in scoring, DiSandro with 31 points on 11 goals and a CC-leading 9 assists and Diglio with 30 points on a CC-leading 12 goals and 6 assists.

DiSandro recorded at least one point in 13 of the Mules' 17 games, scoring a goal in 10 of them. She had nearly half of her 31 points - 15 - in the last six games of the season, scoring twice at Gwynedd Mercy and assisting twice in a CC win against Washington College.

Diglio netted 8 of her 12 goals in CC games, including two-goal games against Washington College and nationally ranked Ursinus. She scored a goal in six straight games at one point during the season and has 47 career points in only two years.

Muhlenberg finished the 2023 season with an 8-9 record and was in contention for a playoff spot on the last day of the campaign.
