The Muhlenberg women's golf team opened its 2024-25 year with a home match.
Moravian and Lafayette each sent one golfer, and the other four competitors were all Mules. Freshman Malaika Jha led Muhlenberg in her collegiate debut with a 102, two strokes better than junior Katie McGrath.
Jha had a strong first nine holes, shooting within one stroke of par on eight of them. She recorded pars on the 16th (par 3) and eighth (par 4) holes. McGrath (pictured above) shot a birdie on the par-4 fourth hole.
Senior Catherine Maguire and junior Leeanna Zagrodnik also made their collegiate golf debuts.
