Needing to win as much as possible over the final 15 days of the regular season to earn its third straight Centennial Conference playoff berth, the Muhlenberg volleyball team got off to a good start with a 3-1 win at McDaniel.

The Mules (9-11, 3-4) are currently in seventh place, one spot out of the final berth, with matches yet to play against fellow contenders Washington College (1-5), Haverford (3-2) and Dickinson (3-3).

Sophomore Jenny Ryan served a pair of aces, junior Christina Marcin added one, and sophomore Chloe Gaglione finished off the 25-17 win with an ace of her own.
