Two Muhlenberg players were selected for the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Senior All-Star Game.
Goalie Max May '23 and midfielder Dominick Visintin '23 are on the Division III South roster for the annual exhibition, scheduled to take place on Friday, May 26, at Cabrini University. The Division III game is slated to start at 4:00, followed by the Division I-Division II game at 6:30. Both games can be viewed live at https://streamstak.com/
Both former Mules earned All-Centennial Conference recognition in 2023.
Visintin was a second-team pick after enjoying a breakout season in which he tied for fourth on the team with 35 points, one fewer than he had in his career coming into the year. He led Muhlenberg with 25 points in CC games on 10 goals and 15 assists, tying for fifth in the league in the latter category.
May became the first Muhlenberg goalie to earn All-CC honors three times, receiving honorable mention. He ranked second in the CC with a 9.14 goals-against average and finished second in program history with 432 career saves.
Muhlenberg had an outstanding 2023 season, finishing with an 11-6 record to tie the school record for wins in a season. The Mules went 5-3 in the CC, qualifying for the CC playoffs for the second straight year and hosting a CC playoff game for the first time. Muhlenberg was ranked in or just outside the Division III top 20 all season, going 4-3 against teams that earned NCAA Tournament bids.
