Connolly Receives Honorable Mention
Muhlenberg junior Ava Connolly received honorable mention on the All-Centennial Conference women's basketball team.
Connolly led the Mules in scoring, averaging 12.2 points per game, as well as three-pointers (48), free throws made (56) and attempted (67) and free-throw percentage (.836). She also was second on the team in assists (54), third in rebounding (4.0 per game) and fourth in steals (25). In the CC, Connolly ranks ninth in scoring and fifth in three-pointers per game.
The all-conference nod is the first for Connolly, who scored in double figures in 17 of 25 games and averaged 12.6 points in 20 CC contests. Her career high of 27 points came in a big home win against Washington College.
Through three seasons, Connolly has scored 538 points and ranks 15th in program history with 80 career three-pointers.
