Steiner Selected to All-Star Game
Recent Muhlenberg graduate Nicole Steiner '24 was selected to play in the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association Senior All-Star game.
Steiner was chosen for the South team in the annual classic, scheduled for Saturday, June 1, at Tierney Field at USA Lacrosse Headquarters in Sparks, Maryland. The game is slated for 3:00, following the Division I and Division II all-star games.
A second-team All-Metro Region and second-team All-Centennial Conference selection, Steiner scored 67 goals, the fourth-most in a season in program history, in 2024. She led the CC and ranked in the top 50 in Division III with an average of 3.94 goals per game. Steiner recorded hat tricks in six of nine games against CC opponents and netted 8 goals in non-conference wins against Kean and Drew.
The fifth Mule in the last nine seasons to earn a spot on the Senior All-Star game roster, Steiner finished her career with 166 goals, third in program history.
Muhlenberg finished the 2024 season with a 12-5 record, earning a Centennial Conference playoff berth for the second straight year and the right to host a CC playoff game for the first time since 2015.
