BT Pham has been hired as a full-time assistant track and field coach by Muhlenberg.

Pham came to Muhlenberg after three highly successful seasons as the head coach at Capital University, including being part of the 2023 Ohio Athletic Conference indoor women's coaching staff of the year. While at Capital, Pham engineered a nearly four-fold increase in roster size while leading his athletes, one of whom was an indoor national qualifier in the men's 60-meter dash, to 14 school records, 13 OAC all-conference recognitions and six Great Lakes all-region distinctions.

A 2016 graduate of Concordia University Wisconsin, Pham served as a graduate assistant for Piedmont College while earning his MBA. While there, he helped lead the men's program to the 2018 USA South championship and the women's program to a runner-up finish. Under his mentorship, Piedmont produced six all-region athletes, seven conference champions, 24 all-conference honorees and 13 school records.

From Piedmont, he moved to Milligan College in Tennessee, where he served as an assistant track & field coach and recruiting coordinator for two seasons. Pham helped produce two NAIA national champions, seven national qualifiers, six conference champions, 23 all-conference performers and two team conference runner-up performances.

In 2019, Pham was tapped to build a brand new program at William Peace University in North Carolina. In his three years as head cross country and track & field coach, Pham produced one conference champion and 11 All-Conference performers. In addition, he helped guide Peace to a runner-up finish in cross country at the conference meet and a third-place mark in track and field.

A sprinter, jumper, pole vaulter and decathlete at Concordia, Pham is a USATF Level 1 certified coach.
